Why ugh? That's fully expected and completely reasonable. They have a wealth of assets made for the OT era already from BFI, and there's no reason to throw that out.

 

There was a whole game for the OT.. If this was the first game then I'd be ok with OT having the most..

 

I think you're missing the point. The OT has the most content because it has the most assets--most of these assets being the models/weapons/heroes/etc. that they had in the first game. They aren't going to spend all of the time and money that they have on those assets and throw them out with a new game. If that were the case this game would probably take another year or two to be released with all new content.

 

That's understandable.. But i'd rather have alot more new heros, planets, ships, locations then from the OT.

Personally not getting hopes up for d23 tommrow..

 

Double XP weekend!!

 

At this point I'd imagine most people have leveled up to 100 by now; so the double XP is better used towards credits if you still have items you can't afford; like me.

 

I just bought the game during the PSN sale, so this double XP weekend will be very useful for me.

The season pass was on sale weeks back, might still be..

 

I doubt at this point people would buy the season pass as opposed to the 'Ultimate' version of the game.

I'm pretty new to the forums here, but I've been playing BF since beta. I love the game.

This makes me a little more excited for the story.

I'm not even close to Level 100, I hit 62 yesterday! I'm playing a crazy amount of Battlefront this weekend, trying to mop up a couple of the remaining trophies and maximize my XP/credit earnings.

 

I just want at least 20 hours of story mode,if it's at least that much it just at worth it to me even with new skirmesh mode.I mean a open world game by one Dev team takes years,then Dice made the first one and had no story?!?Since this game has THREE dev teams (one for story Motive,one for mutilplayer Dice and another for space combat) it has to have a long or at least a great 10 hour story otherwise it is a wast of my money.(i have to buy a PS4 for this as well,just so you know )

 

I will be focusing on the story mode first. Once that's done, I'll be all about multiplayer.

 

I'll probably play little of story, then jump right into MP.. Dying to play the PT/ST maps/heros! Oh, and OP Darth Maul.

 

For those still playing the original it looks like the loading times seem to not be as long now finally. The trade off though is that the servers seen to be glitchy at the moment.

 

Anyone use the BF app?? Some reason for last too days, it won't work... Is it my fone??

 

Same here, not even able to login. I really liked this app, it was a fresh air to have a small, but very challenging tactical game that never required a lot of time from you.
