Abq STAR WARS BOWLING!!!

Starting on the 31st of this month at Ten Pins and More in Rio Rancho they will be having a Star Wars bowling league. It's 14 bucks a week and at the end you get to choose from one of 9 different Star Wars balls. I will be gone for the next two weeks, so if you guys go and sign up as a group sign me up too. Jess has all of my info that they would need. I think they said we will be in groups of 4.

 

Yes, it will be teams of 4. Every Sunday at 3:00 starting on 7/31. They said on the first day to be there at 2:15. Anyone interested in joining all you have to do is sign up at the bowling alley.

 

WE must bowl in armor.

The balls are awesome. I think I'm going to get the Darth Maul.

 

The balls ARE awesome, but I wished they had one that looked like either Death Star.

What if we won't be around on the first Sunday?

 

would love to play but sundays are reserved for my weekly ass kicking in co-ed softball...i wonder if they make star wars softballs?

I'm going to find out the details about missing a week as I will probably have to miss one in August.

 

I'm definitely getting the Darth Maul. Man I wish they had a Jar Jar.

I already said I'm in. I think we'd just have to find a sub for that day. I'm sure someone would fill in. I will miss in September.

What are the teams again, when do we pick out our ball we want, and what is our team name.

 

SithLordAaron gave me some news on this - or at least what he was told at the alley.

We can ONLY have 4 people per team. So I don't know if having the 4+ will work.

To have more full teams, we need two additional people to sign up. We will be allowed to form teams on the first day - which I will unfortunately be absent at.

 

I wish I could join you guys even though I suck at bowling.

 

I can get about 50 points a game. But can't bowl every Sunday.

I am low. That way when I don't get more I don't feel so bad.... Come on the ball is heavy to move in the force.

 

OK, I get it now. I usually bowl between 90 and 110. If I hit 100, it has been a good day.

But I work every other Sunday, and I can't call in sick like I did today everytime either. Like I said why call in when I get to go to work, watch Nascar, play video games and sleep

If you are talking to me, then just what exactly is a score that would suck? And I would join the league, but I can't for reasons that are in other posts of mine on these message boards.
