ST Star Wars Celebration 2015 (Anaheim)

I'd say the trailer is one of the things that I am least excited for out of Celebration, honestly. There is much, much more to do there than to just watch. That said, I'll be in line early to get into the center for opening ceremonies - no way that I'm going to miss them.

I'm only going to Celebration on Saturday. Do you guys think they'll be showing the trailer multiple times during the convention?

 

That is pretty crazy. Never seen anything like it. I will be there. But happy for those that can't...now they get to see what it is all about. I hope they do show A BUNCH of big things. Would be a waste to go through all the hassle to just have them dodge all questions and avoid all spoilerish information.

 

And, I get to live it again after the convention since I am sure someone will post the whole thing online. Hopefully, the juicy parts of the panel will be on the official site since no point in keeping it secret after all that---so that I can see a high res version again.

I always get a kick of seeing posted videos of SDCC on panels to which I was present. I get to enjoy the whole moment again from a slightly different POV. Awesome. Can't wait. Hope everyone is getting the finishing touches done on their costumes.

 

I have exactly the same question-- I was also wondering if they are going to show the trailer before the screenings at night?

 

I have no real answer, but it seems to me that if they are running continuous shows on a big stage with a theater screen, that they would run the trailer before every show/panel. What a great treat for the fans either way. I am so happy for those of you who get to go.

 

I've been reading some rumours (which I don't think its Aprils Fools but who knows) that JJ and Kennedy panel might also be livestreamed in my country and other 22 countries, but hasn't provided anymore details.

I was *this* close to going to Celebration. But I also went to PAX East a few weeks ago with some other friends, so that trip won out over this one.

I love that the fan R2 builders were hired by Kathleen Kennedy. We need more corporate leaders like her!

 

I would love to go to celebration but I don't have enough $ and I am on the east coast, kind of unrealistic

 

I'm hoping to meet some of you animals at Celebration! I'll be at the Hilton bar every night.
