Hey Guys,

As you all know several of us are going to C4 in LA tomorrow. I am going to post a diary of each day every night were gone to keep everyone updated on the days events and any big news that gets announced. Feel free to post questions, requests or comments on this thread and one of us will try and give you an answer. Talk soon! pv

 

This is all hingeing on whether or not we get locked up at the airport for yelling and being excited about something called "C4". Those silly Air Marshalls must not be Star Wars fans. lol

Hey Guys,
Well we made it to LA. Were at the Hotel across the street from the Staples Center and next to the convention center. There's a big sign up on the top of the con which looks pretty cool. We ate dinner and met some cool fans from southern cali and Austrailia. Check out the pics below. I'll post again tomorrow! pv

Hey Guys,
We went sight seeing today in Hollywood. We hit Mann's Chinese theater where Darrell found that his hands were the exact same size as Harrison Ford's, and Barbie learned a few moves from Michael Jackson. And at long last we found an R2 mail box. Also, we had lunch at the legendary Mel's Diner that was the subject of George's Lucas's 1st commercial success American Grafitti(notice his picture on the wall behind our group shot), and what would a trip to Hollywood be without at least one star sighting, we ran into Shirley Jones outside of the Kodak theater and got some autographs, and we told her how much we loved her in Grandma's Boy, lol. Anyway, enjoy the pics, post after you look at them and let us know what you guys want to see more of. I'll post many more tomorrow after the 1st day of C4!

Hey guys,
Sorry about yesterday, we had a late night! We hit the con early with Darrell and I taking full advantage of our "Crew" passes and got in before the crowd. Got many exclusives and yes several of you can breath a sigh of relief cause we got plenty of figures for those who asked. We hit the store a couple of times and saw Olivia from G4 dressed as slave leia, oh baby! TK Chris earned his stripes by waiting in line to see Star Wars in 30 Minutes, and after taking a limo to the Westin hotel we ended our night at the SWAN party. In this town a limo ride only costs $10 bucks, K-razy!

Today, we're getting the last of the exclusives and I will be working for offcial pics today as a Guest Escort for the actress that played Luminara, Mary Oyaya, in episodes II & III. Then we have the Opening Ceromonies where anything could happen! So I'll post pics tomorrow from the last two days, talk soon! pv

I am SO jealous of TK8049. According to a pic he sent Ed-Vader, he finally got to see Carrie Fisher and WOW, she's looking slim and very hot these days!! I'll tell you, that would have made my trip, too. I'll admit, I had a picture of her next to my bed for about a year after Empire came out. I looked at her pictures from C4 on the Star Wars blog and I'll tell ya, she's definitely still got it! I salute you, soldier!! p.s. Get me an autograph if you see her again. Thanks!!

Man, the last 3 days have been a blur! We have had so much to do and see, it's been crazy! Hey guys, TK chris here, just wanted to tell you guys at home about my trip and all the wonderful things going on here in LA. first off C4 was soooooo much fun and im so bummed its over. So I'll start with day 1 of C4. First, waiting in line for exclusives with darrell and pacervader was entertaining because bower made the most interesting comment about A RATHER LARGE Gammorean Guard(out of Costume) in his underarmor top, oh and did I mention it was right in front of the fat guy, it wasnt that big of a deal just thought it was worth mentioning. and sw in 30 min. was excellent. oh the second day was even greater cuz carrie fisher was there and let me just say that she was soo worth waiting 3 hours in line for about 45 seconds of contact(not all physical but there was some), I got a good photo with her wrapping her arm around mine(she grabbed me),and i also got a few freebies for a certain teacher giving away extra credit and im working on getting more while im here. 3rd day was great and it was funny seeing amy allen get freaked out by darrell putting his hands on her gluteus maximus. opening ceremonies were crazy cuz boba fett had a real jetpack and they let him fly indoors, unfortunately they forgot to mention that the jetpack was louder than an actual jet, and they decided to not turn off the microphones on stage(where the jetpack flew). other than that nothing worth mentioning comes to mind, but if i think of anything else i will post or tell you in persson, if you have any questions just ask. catch ya later

Well C4 has ended and were packing now. It's a little depressing but the last couple of days were awesome. I'm sure we'll tell some stories when we get back but to sum up, we had some fun at the sideshow booth that involved us making a deal for darrell to play trivia in which he won a premium ss exclusive Boba Fett statue! We got some great new honorary members including 2 directors, an artist, and the cast of sw in 30 minutes! Enjoy the pics and talk soon! pv

Wow, congratulations, TK8049! You #%@*er! I guess I'm just going to have to vicariously live my live through you, first Carrie Fisher, now winning the SS Fett! Seriously, great job!

Looks like the convention that GenCon put out wasn't the real fun, but all the fans and social aspects of the event between all the attendees. Which I think is the best part anyway. I'm stoked for you guys and so glad for any fan who got to go, especially our PImps!

I actually failed the first time and it was only when PV secured the 2nd deal that I really shined.Its tough but I would wager $50 to $300 all day long if it was STAR WARS trivia.
