I can imagine that in the late 1970s and 1980s, a lot of Star Wars fans named their children Luke or Leia. But what is the most obscure or unique Star Wars referenced name you have heard given to a child. A friend of mine named his second son Lando.
There was a guy arrested called Obiwan Kenobi, lol. http://entertainment.nbcnews.com/_n...i-arrested-for-hit-and-run-in-california?lite
Yup. Apparently he had a little spat with his "emperor" as well. http://now.msn.com/darth-vaders-wife-is-hit-in-the-face-during-a-fight
The person who does that should be either committed, or reported for child abuse if they so name their child after Mr. Binks. Every name derivation of Jar Jar or Binks should be banned. For instance, every time I see a "BRINKS" armored car driving around, I shudder.
I jokingly considered naming my oldest son Anakin for about .2 nanoseconds before his father replied with "Hell to the no." I'm not having any more kids but I still like the name Lucas.
My 4 month old nephew is named Josiah but everyone in my family calls him Jedi. I come from a big family and we all have nick-names, most of us go by our nick-names more than our real names.
I know of more pets being named affter SW than children. I once herd some calling R2...R2...and here come running a little dog!!!
My brother's dog is called Anakin. I think that it is a quite common dog name. I will name my son Revan
If you have a daughter will you name her Bastila ? Does anyone think Juhani is a good name for a girl?
