I would consider myself a semi-expert on the comics, in that I've read most but not all.

... but for the chance to be on a panel with Timothy Zahn I could bcome a REAL expert pretty damn quick!

    Slightly off-Topic:

Speaking of panels... is there any kind of prop-building panel? Not that we'd be lacking bodies to fill in as speakers. :D

For that matter, is there any kind of art show?

The last few times I went on the site, there wasn't much more than the awesome logo and a list of who was involved.

I'm glad to see things have greatly improved. Very nice. =D=

I didn't see any listing for a specific prop Panel. One for Costuming & Props, but that seemed to be it.

I might look into making a submission or two for the Art Show.

Does anyone know how the Costume Masquerade/Ball back in March went? I didn't see any followup about it.

From what I hear, it was pretty abysmal, but that's mostly because it was fairly last minute, and it was the same weekend as Norwescon :\

Well, if I could have been there, it at least would have been Elegantly Abysmal. :D

Still, too bad about that. Would have been a nice jumping-off point/pre-Con event.

We've done more than just that event, we had a literary gathering that was so-so, and two decent gaming events. Though we're toning down the small events now so that we can focus more on the main event.
