Well if Amber's not going in costume neither am i, i'd look plain silly, so we are going with fancy i guess

We have tickets for the 29th but I should be there both days with R2

Hey, I just got my weekly email from The Mix (99.9) and they are giving away a pair of tickets this weekend....

Guess I'll have to try streaming to listen to them today, I'm outside their broadcast range.

 

Apparently Rebel Legion and 501st can get tickets for 50% off. I have asked John if it's possible to do on tickets that have already been purchased.

 

Quick answer is no, and the discounted seats we've been offered are restricted to a specific section.

yay! costumes! i would go in a costume but i don't have one i'm planning to make one hopefully for halloween this year... maybe i can pick up a few pointers at the concert!

 

ha, this prompted me to join the Rebel Legion... not with the costume I wore to episode III, but the one I wore to the Grape and Wine parade last year....

 

Just so everyone knows, the tickets available for purchase through the discount are the expensive ones; $80-$90.

Does anyone from Alex's group have an extra ticket and/or need one? I'm toying with the idea of taking my dad for his birthday (29th).

 

I'm sad to say I can't actually go to the concert. Something else much more major in the family came up that I have to go to. Deb, your dad can have mine.

I'll know if the next couple of days, dahling. I am still waiting on my brothers to see if they want to go, in which case we would have to get seats separately.

 

If your dad can't make it I think I may be able to make it for the second half or something

 

I think there were a couple of people who were interested in tickets. If you can work things out that would be great as I would not want to be stuck paying for tickets for people who do not show up.
