Did you see the glimmer in Anthony Daniels eyes when he said Harrison Ford is sparkling? That was not just something he was saying, he truly felt that. I do like the positive energy of the cast. Everyone does seem inspired in their interviews.

Is there any indication that this will be another teaser or a full trailer?

 

you mean OT charcters minus Luke, since showing his cameo, is like showing his full TFA performance. So probably only his saber.

They never release a full theatrical trailer 8 months before a movie is out. They do a teaser and then the full trailer about two months out.

The one released in November is what they consider an "announcement" trailer. Theaters HATE them, but JJ likes to do them (he did one with Star Trek and Super 8) where you do a short teaser one-year out to announce the movie. They did one with Interstellar also.

Then they do a teaser about 6/8 months out, and then a full two-and-a-half minute trailer two months out.

We've had two Avengers teasers so far, and this week we're getting the FULL trailer as it's two months before release.

 

No, I understand all of that already. It is common movie marketing.

What I meant was have you heard something official about an OT-centric second teaser? Or are you speculating?

You said "Teaser... etc." and to to me, in light of my original question, meant that you were saying a second teaser with the OT heroes.

 

Those are mental gymnastics to make it sound like I was saying something I wasn't.

I was saying it was a TEASER not a full trailer.

 

There was no attempt to confuse you.

A proper read through of the original post makes it clear I was referring to teasers and the whether there was supposed to be another teaser, with Luke, etc., before the full trailer.

I'm not the first person in the world to call teaser trailers just trailers.

 

I just watched the Anthony Daniels interview, what a low class thing to do, Knock the CGI of the Prequels. I guess the paycheck he got from George Lucas wasn't good enough for him, if he would like he can pay me all the money he made for the Prequels, I wont complain !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
