Seriously, if this happens, i'll start cracking up!

 

I love the other suggestions! Favorites: ‘The Coming Storm’ and ‘Legacy of the Force’. Using The Force in the last title would be epic!

Let's see here....some book titles sound awesome and could work nicely, like ‘Heir to the Empire’, ‘Dark Force Rising’, ‘Champions of the Force’, ‘The
Unifying Force’, etc. The only problem with that would be confusion when the novelization comes out.

There is a definite pattern to titles here. 3-word titles for the beginning of a trilogy, some form of conflict in the middle ('Attack' and 'Strikes Back'), and a point of resolution for the end...so far beginning with the letter 'R'.

Star Wars Episode IX: Resolution of the Force

Not that good, but at least they're original. I also wouldn't object to Lucasfilm borrowing the title of my FanFilm that never got off the ground...Tremors of the Past. Now that would crack me up.

The idea would be for the movie to be based off the Thrawn Trilogy (which unfortunately seems less and less likely), so the original books would be the novelization.

I'm thinking along the lines of what the galaxy would be like in the aftermath of civil war. A decimated Empire, criminal groups and kingdoms fighting for power with a fledgling Jedi Order growing to stabilise civilisation. Playing a role not entirely unlike Issac Asimov's First and Second Foundations. So:

Episode VII: The Shattered Galaxy
Episode VII: The Ashes of a Galaxy
Episode VII: From the Brightest Star
