South East Star Wars fan film Shooting in Miami. Looking for Actors, SW fans and help, lots of it.

We're looking for actors and Fans to star in a short low budget thesis movie in production this month.

Nerd Wars will be shot in 16mm and will be shown across America in art houses and theatres as well as in festivals, on the Web, and in Europe.

There will be a behind the scenes making of that will feature all of us on DVD too.

Whether you'd like to act or help contact us.

We will be needing all the help we can get from set design to props to special effects.

Any body own a 15 foot long Anti-matter gun capable of destroying thousands of people?
...Just asking, you never know.

We're looking for actors as well as Star Wars fans who own thier own costumes. Important are Chewbaca, Hans Solo, and Darth Vader.

Everyone is welcome to audition.

Some of the main characters are:

Jerry : 25 to 35
A man who fantasizes being
a Jedi Knight, wears Obi Wan's robe, and
works in a comic store.
When he learns that the Trekkies
are planning on blowing up George
Lucas at a Star Wars convention,
he is on a mission to stop them.


Voice of Yoda needed.

Jerry's Parents: In their Fifties or Sixties or
even older.

George Lucas: A look alike who can also
do the voice. Or somebody who can
do the voice perfectly and we
can later dub in over a George Lucas
Double.


From Star Trek:

Spock: Female 25 or older

Scotty: Male Twenty Five or older

Kirk: Male over thirty wears a hairpeace.

I would like to compile a list of fans interested and then audition everybody on the same day.

Our goals are to cast every member who lives around the Miami Dade and Broward county area.

In a final battle scene of Trekkie's vs Star Wars fans. I want every Star Wars fan in South Florida to show on screen to let America know we exist.
