This is something.... How about geting a meeting room at a libary or something? Standing around a parking lot is fine but you can never count on the weather and a couple of other things. I know it's short notice.

 

I actually changed the meeting spot to an apartment of a friend of mine. His place has enough area out back. I'll have directions on here by Friday night.
