Crikey, it sure took long enough to get here, but I've finally made it folks.

All right! It looks like there's enough people into STar Wars in our litle town to have our own unit of troopers! We so need one! with all thes tuorists in town, we can make a really big impact for true SW fans everywhere, and I'm sure they'd love to have us at the mall and for big events in the hotels too.

So who's coming out for the DVD release at HMV: they're going to have the radio guys there, and balloons: let's make their dayfor them and all show up in armor!

 

Which HMV did ya have in mind? I's under the impression the nearest one's in Hinton. Are they havin' a midnight release?

Hinton's right: no, not a midnight release (not enough demand they said) so an opening day release: they open at 10 Am. I'll be there, (if I don't get called in to work--- even thn, I might dithc, cuz Troopin's way more cooler!!!

Wow what a great day, I can't believe the amount of people that turned out. Very tired now, must go to sleep.

 

it was cool meeting the new people. that's two mettings already!!! didn't someone say we only need 3 to be an fanforce???

 

What a blast, I stayed up all night watching the dvds, so I slept pretty much all day I think we only need three meeting to become a fanforce chapter.

Celebration III tickets go on sale monday, is anybody going?

 

I am totally going!!! I've got my plane tix already, but I'm not sure if I'm staying in the 501sts hotel or with some of the guys from the local garison there.

What do you mean about a third meeting? How does this work.

I'm having an armoring party at my hoiuse this Sunday: anyone who wants to come it'd be cool: PM me for my address. I'm along the 93 towards the falls... maybe we could go for a walk along there for a brether (after all the fumes from the paint and sealant and stuff, fresh air is good.

Had a great time yesterday Didn't realize how complicated Stormtrooper armour was or that it was all held together by velcro.

Oh not all of it is. I;ve just found that with the fluctuations in weight because of my dieatry probs, it works best for me to make every thing attach with velcro.

It was great to see you guys again! Ann looks better in my armor than I do!!

Thanks for bringing the snacks, Squirrely. The cashews are my favourite, srry for picking them all out of teh bowl.

I'm thinking of having some guys over for a DVD nite: I've got a firepit out back....anyone from here wanna come? Only requirement is you have to declare for the 501!!!! I'll give a cool prize to the best impersonation of a stormtrooper voice: I got a fistfull of great stuff from HMV!!!
