Kirk vs Picard?
The Holy Sith, check it out!
That was really something.
The first "None shall pass!" synced up perfectly.
I really am laughing my ass off. I can't believe I've been able to type.
Let's try this one on for size.....
Dammit! It's not working!!
Anyway, if you paste all the "http:" stuff into your address bar, you'll get to see it. It's quite hilarious.
Getting A Job As A Stormtrooper
THIS IS GREAT!!!
Guys, I've just nearly completed 2 years of Sales Training that my company invested >$200K on.
Mostly Engineers at these trainings (thick skulls,) and the instructor has been trying to get
us to think and operate "Out-of-the-Box."
In our "Connecting" Session he introduced us to the 7 Keys to Connecting - Getting people to willingly and
openly share information in an interaction (e.g. a meeting.)
6. Homophyly - What makes you my kind of people
7. Uniquely Striking Impression
This guy figured out one of the most powerful keys - A Uniquely Striking Impression.
This is one of those Golden Rules that applies to ANY Profession / Job, not just a gaming
company. Granted, you need to consider your audiance - But taking R*I*S*K, and just putting
it out there is *KEY*
For all you World of Warcraft fans:
Some other fun things that I found, some Star Wars related, others Lord of the Rings related, some both.
In case you're wondering, this is one of the benefits of having a job at the computer lab during the school year-some time to find these funny things

HAHA, you found that off the game video didn't you? I think that's where I found it, that's soo funny. And clever editing.

Adding a new dimension to this thread I'm going to attempt a caption contest, of sorts. I may start to add prizes as incentives, but for now, I will post a picture (Star Wars related) and y'all can add quips and comments about it.
Keep it clean for the kiddes please
The first one is from Episode I:
To kick things off I'll post.
"This IS Darth Maul's happy face"
Pretty bad-someone post something else
"No. I am not the Phantom of the Opera."
"What do you mean 'black isn't the new black?'"
Hooded cloak=2500 credits
Lightsaber components=5700 credits
Sith training=a lifetime of dedication
The look on your face when you finally reveal yourself to the Jedi=priceless
Some things money can't buy; for everything else there's Yes, my Master Card
Kind of lame, so let's hear some more you guys.
Well, the caption contest didn't go over quite as well as I had hoped-oh well. Onto other things such as these:
and of course this-it's classic
Be warned-these are videos so it's a long load time on dial up
I've been laughing about "Bonk" for many years.
Alright, something a little new that I stumbled across today. Cinemax/HBO is going to air all six SW movies, but that isn't the important part. To advertise for this event they have a little first person shooter game located at http://cinemax.eprize.net/corellianchallenge/index.tbapp?page=login&session_id=tqiiqk81zsncljjw
You have to register (it's free) but basically you pilot your Corellian freighter through the series and blast enemy ships while not blasting your allies.
Sounds easy, right?
Ok, well have fun. Also, as part of this promo, logging in puts you into the sweepstakes from a grand prize of $10,000. It's all on the site. Playing the game doesn't affect it though.
Anyway, just thought I'd share

I have one of those
Sadly the first person shooter didn't hold my interest.
Yeah, it got kind of monotonous after a while, though it kept me from school work
I saw this at a scifi convention and I'm glad to find it again.
These videos were posted on the Fan Film boards and some are too funny to pass up. Here is some more [link=http://lightsabers.necrobones.com/videos.html]peace time uses for a lightsaber[/link]
The videos are only about 50 or so seconds long, so loading time should be short.
