Toronto *** Star Wars Games Day - Oct. 6th ***

Pull out the Star Wars Monopoly. Grab your Darth Maul Rubiks Cube. Slide in that X-Wing CD-Rom. Shuffle me up a deck of Chez Geek. It's time for another Star Wars Games Day.

Bring along whatever Star Wars related game that strikes your fancy. We'll have all of ours out and ready, including the Queen's Gambit. And for those with an itchy trigger finger, I've got an emulation of the old Star Wars Arcade game up and running on my PC and StarFighter churning away on the PS2.

So without further ado - the nitty gritty details

Date: Saturday, Oct 6th
Time: The fun begins at 2pm and continues till we get tired and boot you out the door
Where: Tragic & Tracy's home in Mississauga (Private Message or e-mail me at tragiclad@sympatico.ca for directions).

I will be there for sure, well not for sure for sure, I mean there is always a chance that my car will break down or that the world will explode or that I will be eaten by a giant squid, but I think those possibilities are somewhat remote, so I feel confident in my previous staement that I will be there.

 

I'd like to come and meet everyone, but I'm moving that day. The odds of me finishing switching apartments in the morning are mathematically insignificant.

 

I thought they cleaned up the Giant Squids?

 

Well, the common perception, is that all giant squids have been rid of the planet earth through the Battle of 1812 Leagues Under the Sea.

However, the biggest, most gigantic squid remained at large. It turned to the depths of oceans waiting for the opportunity to rise once more!

Nostradamous predicted that the rise of the giant squid would occur this weeked.

I guess we'll see.
