Edmonton Star Wars in 3D

    According to the report on Discovery Channel's Daily Planet yesterday, in order to play the movies in 3D without having two projectors or red and blue glasses, the projector will have to be digital.
    I guess this means we need to start a petition, write letters or something to convince the theatres here in town to convert.

    You've got my signature. Chances are getting one theatre to convert would be a challenge. What other movies besides Star Wars are in digital? This would be the real obstacle seeing as how god awful expensive digital is and whether or not a theater could recoup the money it spent playing Star Wars movies alone.

    Well maybe if they got Digital, the theatre in question could replay all the SW movies in digital format. I'd go for sure!!!
