I have to know, how does Star Wars effect you in everyday life? Do you have a nickname like "Princess Leia" (I do)? Do you wave goodbye to your Yoda doll every morning? What Star Warsian thing happens in your life?

I watch the movies whenever I get a chance.

And I seriously consider writing about it for a school thing. :)

That's pretty cool. I also always have some Leia, or Padme style of hair on Fridays. My hair is long enough for most of them.

I got these off of the Literature Board... These are my favorites.

    1. Drive around looking for Trekies to beat up.

    2. Make a life size replica of Chewie using hair from the bath room sink and spare combs.

    3. If someone tells you that 'this road is hard to drive on,' say it's just like Beggars Canyon back home.

    4. Puts wings on the back of your car to make it an X-wing.

    5. Drag around a barrel and call it your astromech.

    6. Writing the Jedi Code on the dry erase board in your locker

    7. Randomly quoting Star Wars in casual conversation

    8. Humming the Imperial March when someone you don't like enters the cafeteria

    9. Use the Force to communicate with your friends

    10. Every time your friends scream "Can't you two go five minutes without talking about Star Wars!" reply with "Did someone say Star Wars?"

    11. Speak in Huttese. If people start to complain, eat them.

    12. Use the fork...when dueling against a friend with silverware.

    13. Use the Force on automatic doors.

    14. Telling your parents that you must have a day off school because it is a national holiday- the Battle of Yavin

    15. Arrange the Star Wars books in the bookstores in the mall... In chronological order.

    16. Put repulsar lifts on the bottom of your car, drive off the nearest overpass and tell your copilot to punch it.

    Note: doesn't always work.

I think I fit the Soccer fan model. I act just like normal geek. Most people wounldn't know what kind of a fan I am until I let loose (i look like your regular LOTR fan ;). But I can go Star Wars crazy around the movie launches, video launches etc.

It's fun. I think everyone should let go of their inhibitions once every few years and just be a crazy lunatic of a fan.

Thats why I think after 2005, it will be up to us fans to keep the flame alive, and to lobby Fox to perhaps re-issue the 2 trilogies once every 10 years. It will be a great opportunity for us to get together and keep the younger generations in the loop.
