Star Wars: Infinities | The Empire Strikes Back

It's finally out! I have been waiting for this comic for so long. If you've read it, what did you think?

I thought it proposed a great twist.

It was certainly interesting. Does anyone mind spoilers?






I thought that the way DV died was a bit un-realistic and anti-climatic, getting shot in the back, but it worked out the same. I liked the first one better when Yoda crashed the Death Star into Coruscant.

 

Yoda's martyrdom was amazing in the ANH version.

I enjoyed the part involving Boba Fett. It sucked that he got put in carbonite, but Lando got it back shortly thereafter .

 

I didn't read that part. Damn, I'll have to find it now.

 

Vader killing Lando, Lobot and... Boba Fett, was quite enough for me. Cloud City was so cool, too.

After the destruction of Cloud City I pretty much lost interest - my favorite character is off floating in space in carbonite somewhere..and just how long can someone in carbonite live in space?

 

What are these? I saw the Empire one today at B&N and it looked interesting.

 

When they had Vader fight his old friends, kind of wish he fight young Obi-Wan, but made sence he fight Ben at the age Ben died. Maybe they should have had Padme show up in Anakin's mind.

 

i liked Boba Fett in carbonite, esp as Lando's desk.

 

I bought the TPB yesterday,and I liked it. It's kind of funny,in both Infinities scenarios,Han has met Yoda. I wonder if they can get away from that in the ROTJ version. Not that it's bad,mind you,just something different for a change of pace.

 

I thought IANH was awful, and have no intention of reading IESB.
