I don't know how a story of a wizard on an empty swamp planet is going to go down... :p

Considering the amount of stuff that keeps crashing on Dagobah he is not all that lonely.

We have Helmut Spargle from Futurama, a Yoda type character. I guess that could work. As a chef myself, I would love to see Yoda developing his famous dishes that taste... nutricious, yet foul tasting to Humans. :p

That happened before ROTS or has been rendered non-cannon iirc.

    Chapter 1: Meeting Arhul Hextrophon
Chapter 2: The Arrandas come visit
    Chapter 3: Oh, it's Car'das again!
Chapter 4: And they called him Starkiller
    ...
They would be pressed to fit all of his social life in one single volume.

The battle between Yoda and the Dark Jedi happened but not on Dagobah.

Unlike Crucible, I have no problem buying this in hardback. 400 pages? Well worth it.

I'm sure Mr. Miller wants to hear you bash a fellow author...

I believe the final page count is something like 339.

I'm sure Yoda will think about it if we see a novel set during the 1st year after ROTS. Maybe.

Wookieepedia said 400, so I just assumed. Still, well worth it I'm sure. Besides, Crucible being below average isn't the only reason I won't buy it hardback; it's also because I have every post-ROTJ book in paperback. Whereas with PT-era books it's more random; I have hardback and paperback both. And I wasn't trying to bash Denning, Chewbacca89...I was bashing Crucible. :p

you know some yoda adventures post order 66 would be cool. Didn't Yoda run in to Cardas and a really powerful dark sider on dagaboh?

Car'das, yes. Dark Jedi...no. That was made non-canon. I think a Yoda-and-Car'das book would just turn into "Adventures of Jorj Car'das."

I was under the impression that Yoda fought the Dark Jedi on Dagobah after the events of ROTS: Car'das and the Dark Jedi arrived; Yoda was already there; they fought; and Car'das was a witness... This is all non-canon now?

I think it was revealed that Car'das and the Dark Jedi were unrelated events. I think.

Ouch... That sounds confusing. But I don't want to derail the thread with Yoda and his slimy mudhole :p
