The only correct answer to the sausage vs. bacon question is "both."

Do they have bacon on Tatooine?

Don't know about on Tatooine, but they definitely have a food animal called a 'roba' IU - probably a close enough match.

Sure, but it's made from Sand People meat. See, Anakin was actually doing the people of Tatooine an intense kindness.

There were Gamorreans in Jabba's palace, there is no doubt there was bacon on Tatooine.

Not sure if anyone brought this up back in the thread, but having just watched RoTS on TV, I re-noted Yoda's reference to training, Qui-Gonn, and immortality to Obi at the end of the film. I wonder if we will see any of that in the book?

Thinking about that, I wonder if it has anything to do with Obi-Wan turning to drink, with him too worn down and tired, and wanting to just block Qui-Gon out the way Cade couldn't cope with listening to Luke?

Hi guys, I'm new here but I had to wade in on this bacon vs sausages situation. How can there be any debate between the two when there are still plenty of these to be eaten in the world? It's shocking!

On a more, on topic note; Squuueeeee soo excited for this book!

    i agree with this guy

Knight Errant novel was one of my least favourite Star Wars novels of recent time. Along with Deathtroopers and Red Harvest. Those two were terrible

Red Harvest is actually fairly unpopular on the boards.

I enjoyed it personally, but I listened to the audiobook, so it had the advantage of some corny Scary Movie style sound effects that made it more comedy horror.

It'd likely help matters if either of you actually gave something more as to what you didn't like in Knight Errant, then you might find people might actually agree with you.

As it is, all there is to go on is: You didn't like it. A lot of people did. That's it. However, you might find even those who liked the book might agree with you that aspect X was weak, if they but knew what aspect X is!

I myself had some problems with Knight Errant, though it was definitely one of those novels where the good far outweighed the bad for me.

On Death Troopers: I have not read Red Harvest, though I actually felt this was a fairly well put together zombie novel. I mean, I'm generally not a fan of zombie novels, though I am a fan of horror novels. As far as Death Troopers went, it eschewed any sort of psychological horror for zombie imagery, but it did that well. So, for what Death Troopers is, I like it: a zombie novel that just happens to be set in the Star Wars galaxy. Whether you think that belongs there is up to you.

Truly, Kenobi will be the bacon-wrapped sausage of Star Wars books.

Or it could be one of these:-

But why one would be on Tatooine, I really don't know!
