LOL, people, I wish you luck on keeping this thread, :D.

IT it faring better than my poor kyle katarn discussion thread, :(, which truly wasn't a real club.

I'm anti board split, and still feeling blue about it, :(.

So I pray you don't lose yours also. It can really burn, :(

malagarr... never even HEARD of that place, much less a droid which originated from there. I actually thought mechis 3 was supposed to have the monopoly on droid manufacturing- i mean LITERALLY the only planet with the license.

Oops...sorry my "other" life got in the road for a while there. :)

The answer is Q-7N...you guys know I love this little guy!

He was a small spherical droid from Malagarr, a planet in the Unknown Regions. When Vader tried to finish Tarkin's experiment with hyperspace distortion shortly after the Battle of Yavin, Q-7N and his people sacrificed themselves by blowing up their homeplanet, destroying the experiment and saving the galaxy from the Empire's complete control of hyperspace.

Where's he from? you ask...the Star Wars Missions series and Star Wars Kids comics.

Oh my gosh...I can't believe I missed that! The name Malagarr sounded so familiar! I'm a frickin' idiot! (Hits head against wall) I have TimeTales, for Lord's sake! What was with me!

Yarua, you have permission to ask the next question, since I'm a failure. :(

OK...Malgarr was the planet where the Empire sucessfully set up their hyperspace experiment (though they didn't complete it). What was actually the first choice for the location of this experiment?

This was Total Destruction, right? I don't have the book, in fact. That makes my blood tingle. :)

I want to say the Death Star, but that's dumb so I'll say:
    THE EXECUTOR!
    :)

No, not the Executor...and this was found in the earlier Missions, not the last one. :)
