I love this book so damn much.

 

#3 this week! Seems like ages since #2.

 

I know, right? Since #2 we've had Darth Vader #1 and #2, and Princess Leia #1. It feels like forever since we've seen what's going on in the "main" series.

 

That looks like it's going down to a Queen soundtrack.

That Stormtrooper on the Speeder in the second panel needs some driving lessons. He's about to land on his head.

Just read Star Wars #3 an enjoyable end to the cymoon arc (if it counts as the end). I particularly enjoyed a certain shot of the various imperial tanks and transports- surely they're not all from the old EU?

 

I'll be ahppy to review it once I've read the issue.

As if the Rebel Fleet doesn't get enough love as it is. I want to see those ground-pounders!

 

Great read. Leia and Han are at maximum snark, and the ending sets up the next arc perfectly!

Sadly not yet, AdmiralNick22. Maybe the next arc will start at the fleet?

 

Maybe the Rebel fleet will be like Maris Crane and we'll keep hearing about it but never actually see it.

 

Yeah, this is what we call l'Arlésienne ("The girl from Arles") in French, after the short story written by Alphonse Daudet. ^^

 

Les francophones have such lovely terms for things. (My favourite being l'esprit de l'escalier)

 

Some new vehicles this issue! There's the speeder we see Vader pilot near the end, and what looks like an Imperial successor to the AAT.

 

Pretty sure I know the smaller gliders from something but just can´t place my finger on it.

 

Are those things in the back AAT variants?

They rather heavily implied Overseer Agadeen's death for a man we've known survives.

 

I imagine they're an Imperial designed successor.

Agreed, that struck me as rather unusual. I guess Agadeen can take quite a hit if he survived that.
