O.K. what we have been waiting for.

Q has set up a Minis tournament.

    Date: April 6th
    Time: 2:00pm
    Day: Sunday

We are going to play sealed deck style.
That means you buy a few boxes, open them and what you get inside is what you build your deck from.

The new Legacy of the force will be out and we will be using them for the tournament.

I need a head count at least from our group to have an idea of how much stuff to buy.

This is a great way for first timers to learn to play and try the game, since you do NOT have to have your own figures to play.

    Please post intentions on coming.

    =)

Put me down as a maybe.

I've cross-posted your post to the Richmond FanForce. Looks like there are a few guys who play around the Midlothian area.

    Price Price Price

I'll have them available for $11.49 each

    Retail is $14.99

If I had better head count I would consider ordering more sets to have, but I think for the first tourney the newest set will do.

If it's less than 4, then I really don't want to play. It's no fun with 2 or 3.

    I know of three + Q

    Sithspawn
    Me
    Alan

I'm sure a few others are coming they are just the three I know of.

of course Q will be there so that is the min you requested.

I'll check around and get more confirmations if possible.

It looks like Nels and Donald are coming also.

so we will have more than four.

    wooooohooooooooooooooooooooo

I can admit that Mike is a good player, finally![face_peace]

Randomization with the buying of the boxes, the maps, player vs. player...Mike was just strong with the force![face_money_eyes]

I'm thinking the next tournament will not be a sealed deck tournament..I think light side vs. dark side (regardless of factions, rebellion, old republic, new republic can all be mixed, while CIS, Sith, Empite, Vong can be mixed) everyone builds a light side army and a dark side army...

a coin toss determines who is light, who is dark

(Mandos I think should be treated as Fringe since they are Merc in nature anyway)

Great idea! It would allow people to use the stuff they already own.

I was telling Mike we should only do sealed tournaments when the new sets come out
