I actually laughed out loud when I read that. I rarely type 'lol' and mean it, but this time, LOL!!!

Also, you might want to add 'Unique' onto some of those characters...

Wow that Pawn of the Darkside could be pure pwnage... What's a good non-unique to pair up with that? Something with good HP and can dish out some damage.

How about something with some form of health regeneration? I've seen that on a piece before, but I don't remember what one(s).

I was thinking a Kel Dor, maybe one with only 10 HP left. Have him attack then destruct 40 :)

I totally <3 the new Sidious. I really love that he can use PotDS to move a scrub, and then swap some other figure into its place. It used to take 3 activations (move scrub, activate swapper, unleash pain), but now it's just 2 activations (well, if you're lucky enough to have the mouse droid placed correctly). It's a good thing we have the Mouse Droid, or else his CE would be pretty useless.

MSE-6 Mouse droid? where? which set? (yes, I don't know the miniatures well at all--I use them for RPG, not the minis game)

Oh yeah, the Mouse Droid came out last set. It is game changing. Here are the stats:

    Mouse Droid
    Cost: 3
    Hit Points: 10
    Defense: 20
    Attack: 0
    Damage: 0

Droid (Immune to critical hits; not subject to commander effects)
Relay Orders (Each allied commander can count distance from this character as well as from itself for the purpose of commander effects)

Small, unobtrusive, and easily frightened, mouse droids provide basic maintenance on space stations and starships throughout the galaxy.

Problem is, they are a chase uncommon, so they are hard to find and fairly expensive when you can find one.

Hothie and I have been play-testing stats the past couple nights. Kol is freaking awesome and Cade's not bad either. The disciple of Ragnos is evil in his goodness as well. His lighting is nuts and about destroyed my squad by itself. Sidious was ok, but I can't see playing that one over Holo Sid. Reborn, Krath war droid, and Sith Apprentice will probably not see anymore play by either of us. Plaguies though wasn't bad, his two corruptions are kind of cool and the Sentinel is crazy hard hitting. Qui Gon really helps out the Republic and Fringe Jedi. Luckily I killed hothie's Jarael before she could hit me at a +14 :)

    Recap:
    Awesome figs:
    Kol
    Disciple of Ragnos

    Pretty good figs:
    Cade
    Qui-Gon
    Plaguies
    Sentinel

So so in the right circumstance:
    Sidious
    R4
    Felucian

    Blah figs:
    Reborn
    Krath War Droid
    Sith Apprentice

Good lord, that figure is disgustingly AMAZING!!!!

Compare to the game-breaking Jedi Weapon Master (I can explain the story of how he is so powerful if anyone doesn't know)
For 1 more point, you get:
    +20 HP
    +1 Force Point
    Force Leap
    and lose:
    1 Attack
    Lightsaber Sweep
    Lightsaber Riposte

zOMG!!! (That's better than the other variation of OMG I had, right JD ;))

    Yes much, thank you :D

Only thing I know for sure are the costs, names, and rarity. Speculation is all we have on the other 11. Almost there though :)

And welcome to TFN, we're glad to have you!

"Best" is kind of a relative term. Overall, yes he is one of the best. Practically, however, his incredibly high cost makes him rarely good enough for what he brings to the table.

I don't think he's anywhere near the best, nor was he ever. The new Malak gave almost the same commander effect (+4 attack) but with unlimited range instead of within 6. Plus there are a lot of sith which are a lot harder to take down than Revan is and some who deal out a lot more damage, all for cheaper than 88 points.

plus the new sidous is really good for 57 points, with lightning 2 dark pawn and master force 2. so he can come out do up to 90 damage with lightning and then have another guy do lighting or another sith just for the price of 10 hp... Very Nice

In playtesting, though, I can tell you that using Sidious aggressively right away is a big mistake. He goes down hard. You need to play him as a commander and Pawner for a while before using him offensively.
