Buff, NY STAR WARS Night Filming Update

I am unavailable Friday, and I believe that Elaine is unavailable Saturday morning.

 

I am not available Saturday morning due to work.

 

Reconfirming my availability for Friday 5/22, and noting I am not available on Saturday 5/23.

 

Friday would be tough for me but I am available sat morning

 

I will be working Friday, but should be able to get there by 6:15-6:30 with Dave and Victoria. I will double check this afternoon.
Saturday morning we are all available. I have a royal guard and Anakin that i can generic down if non dueling jedi are needed. Mara is being redone and wont be available this year, hopefully next year.

 

Saturday I am unavailable until after 6:45 PM. Still good for Friday after 6.

 

I am good for Sat. Get my maul on.

 

We are all out for this entire weekend

 

Not available Friday until 9:00 PM. Available all day Saturday.

As noted above by my other sith half, victoria, dave and myself will be available on saturday.

 

Beckie will be available on the 22nd. We will not be on the 23rd.

I'm checking to see if I can help as Cannon Fodder in my Endor Outfit if you need it on the 23rd but a couple of questions...
Is it still at Adam's Mark Hotel on Saturday and is there parking in the hotel lot for us? Thanks

If so, Fri may work better, else sat morning could work also.

Are there any dates set up for Jedi filming yet?

 

And, if Saturday is only good in the AM for Adams Mark, can we try to get some filming in during the PM at another location?

Starting new thread for Fri-Sat 5/22-23 filming later today, now that we have more people and can accomplish more. Thread will have more specific character assignments and scenes to be shot.
Meeting with film crew today at location.

 

I know I mentioned at the meeting I would be available Friday however I am overseeing a quick choreography rehearsal for Superhero Night and won't be able to make it. However, I could still be available for Saturday if you need extra bodies.
