I'm in for this. We should really decide soon if some sort of dueling is happening so that those who are involved can rehearse ASAP.

 

From the holiday party, it sounded like dueling wasn't happening at this one, at least not this year.

 

I'm thinking of debuting my PLO noon at this event unless they want chewie for a dunk contest lol

me and mary wont be able to make but we are in for winterfest

 

Dueling is not scheduled for this event. We are keeping this appearance very simple as there is nothing planned aside from a possible costume contest. When I looked at their website this week, it mentioned tickets were on sale for Star Wars Night with our logo and a link to our page.

Final details have been slowly trickling back to me. Here is what I have to share:

Doors open at 6. Game time is 7pm. We should arrive around 5:15 (no need for earlier arrival)

We will have 2 tables along with access to an electric outlet

I am waiting on word for where we will be changing and have stressed many times of the need for a private and secure changing area.

We will be mingling with the fans and posing for pictures.

 

I will definitely be there, will probably be a pilot or Greivous. Snowy is on vacation.

 

I'm in for this. R2 is ready as well. I didn't have time to take him apart over the holidays so my frame upgrades are going to have to wait a bit.

 

Will not be able to do this.

 

Will anybody be able to bring a camera? If there are any non-costumed members looking for something to do, getting some photos of the event will be a huge help.

 

We'll bring along a camera, and also photo cards in case we need to take photos of huests and email them.

 

Larry and Gil went to check out the venue Wednesday.
Floors are good for R2, and there is a ramp we can back up to the side entrance doors.

You should be able to enter either the facing or side doors, depending on what's open when we arrive.
There is a long conference room with coat racks, chairs and a table that would be a great changing room, if we can get it.

I would love to help with this but unfortunately I?m on the schedule at the antique mall that day. Do you know when the event ends? If we can make it late, do I just let them know I?m a Northridge member?
