As far as I can tell the informationn in your first link about Hoth being part of the Javin system comes from "Tie fighter the Stele chronicles" Which was also expanded on in the game Tie fighter. That link also states that Wampas and Luke were on Hoth IV when in The Empire Strikes Back they plainly say the sixth Planet (not moon) of the Hoth system. So this information is (at least partially) incorrect.

Your third link say numerous moons but if you click on the Expanded Universe section of that same page it states 3 moons.
