Buff, NY Star Wars Reads Day - 10/11/14 (2 locations)

What: Star Wars Reads Day
Where: Barnes & Noble
Location #1 - Niagara Falls Blvd, Amherst
Location #2 - Transit Rd, Clarence
Time: Arrival 10:15am. Event Starts - 11am at Amherst store

Arrival time Clarence 12:15 event starts at 1.

We have been invited to appear at two locations. Please be advised that there is a specific request for bad guys at the Clarence location. The Amherst location is open to any complete costumes.

We will be posing for pictures, partaking in a scavenger hunt, and assisting with activities that are being planned by the stores.

Each location has a secure place to change into costume and store our gear.

The Amherst locations is planning hands on activities that could use some staff to assist with (preferable in costume or at the very least a North Ridge t shirt if you own one).

 

Peter said that the Clarence event doesn't start until 1 p.m. I can't do that one then, but will be at Amherst for about an hour (probably not in costume if that is OK) to help out.

OK well it looks like Transit road needs its numbers bolstered so I will head out there.... although I could maybe make brief appearance to both since Chewie was requested at Niagara Falls Blvd Location

I am scheduled to work in the store during the event. I am not sure if I will be able to wear my costume, but I will see you all there!!

 

Now told car service will take 2 hours and car is just going in now. Ugh!

 

I will plan to go to Clarence instead of Amherst.
