    I do hope for something good. A New Dawn is awesome. The trailers, however...not so much.

    I've ended up liking plenty of stories more than I thought I would.

    (Can't seem to get the quotes working, forgive me)

    Revanfan1, why do you assume (that word) that it is any sort of "trouble" for me to predict the characters will be uninteresting (to me) based on the information I have witnessed thus far? Additionally, why do you assume (I assume) that I believe no amount of additional information can sway or change my opinion? If not liking this particular set of characters, for a number of reasons, is "excessive" to you, then that's fine. I was merely commenting on the idea that having negative opinion on a subject is jumping to conclusions, making rash judgements, or somehow requires extra effort, while having a positive opinion on the subject is acceptable and not otherwise confronted.

    I've been called a lot of things on this board, some of them truthful, but "meek" was never one of them. [face_laugh]

    Don't give the show a chance if you don't want to. I don't think any less of people who have decided that there is nothing about it that looks remotely promising and they'd rather do something else with their time. I get it, I feel that way about several things Star Wars-related and elsewhere.

    But there is nothing wrong with people who are going to try it out either.
