Full Series Star Wars Rebels Season 2 Discussion (Spoilers Allowed)

The two in the trailer? I think it's a bit too early to tell.

 

I suppose. But they both look pretty cool anyway.

 

Just watched the Rebels panel. Did Sabine's voice actor give away a spoiler she wasn't supposed to?!

 

Ezra should turn dark and join up with a Rebel cell that's more terroristic than most. Have him become a "Dread Pirate Roberts"-type. Have Kanan & crew try to turn him back before the Empire takes him out....

 

Now hold on a second grandpa, that is a horrible idea. The Ezra character deserves to have a happy ending with him getting a kissing scene with Sabine. Not turn evil and have the Empire take him out.


I know you came all this way from Coruscant to read me this famous storybook of love, action and adventure. But if this is the fate of my favorite character, you ruined the book for me.

 

I agree minus the kissing.

 

Because many are still cardboard-cutouts.

 

After watching the interview with Freddy, I am really interested in the significant conflict between Kanan and Rex. It seems like it will be lasting for most of the season and will show alot about both characters as they are now and their pasts.

 

And what spoiler would that be?

when Tiya mentions that Sabine has found her family with the crew. Then right after says something like "well her family for now."

 

Thanks. Even the tiniest remarks can be turned into something huge. I wonder if she did that on purpose. Maybe it's nothing at all, just innocent mutter.

 

Okay I'm gonna go little crazy here with a wild but unlikely theory
Sabine never left the Empire and that's why she wants info about every mission and Fulcrum
Ofc it's not gonna last and she's going to turn against the Empire for real after her redemption
Or she wasn't doing it for the empire but for her parents, who are prisoners of the Empire, and she's going to realize her mistake after they betray her.

Perhaps. I still think we'll eventually see or find out about her parents/family. I mean, what if her parents actually work for the Empire or are one of those Rebel groups which use more brutal methods?

 

To which the solution is character development, not killing them off.

 

No joke but if they could contrive a reason Id watch a musical episode, I love that kind of thing.

 

I would go even farther. Without further character development, their deaths would be empty.

 

I think it's that one. Also, he talks about Kanan - Hera relationship and Sarah's character - she plays "a great, great character people love". Huh, I thought she'll be playing the new Inquisitor.

I hope i'm right we need more Mando stuff, and back story for Sabine.
