Full Series Star Wars Rebels Season 3 Discussion (Spoilers Allowed)

This is my guess, but I still feel like someone should tweet pablo on twitter about it after Visions and Voices airs.

 

Early January if prior years are any indication.

 

We seen quite a few HWK-290 light freighters in canon and quite few used by the Rebels and yet no Kyle Katarn and Jan Ors. The Outrider has been dropped from canon and yet YT-2400's seem to be around and one in particular under the Rebels and yet no Dash. Still it would be interesting if at least one recognizable voice came from tht particular ship in Rogue One, but I think that is risky as it wouldnt leave anything to the imagination as to what happened to at least some of The Ghost crew, unless Rebels takes another leap in time in the 2nd half of the season.

Looks like Sabine holds Ezra's lightsaber and Ezra holds the darksaber in that one image.

If so, she'll kill Ezra, the green saber is closer to the viewer(and thus behind the darksaber). My guess is they both have their weapons at an angle.

a brief shot of Obi-Wan in the upcoming Rebels trailer? I want to know how an animated Alec Guiness would look like as soon as possible.

 

I have a feeling the upcoming trailer we'll see Bo Katan, Mandalore, Tatooine, Sabine using the Darksaber, Obi-Wan and probably a bunch of even crazier things.

 

I want that trailer so much now. They'll probably wait after R1 is out, but I'm hoping for a release on Christmas eve. That would be a very nice christmas present.

And now that I think about it, I suppose this could be Geonosis, and it looks like it especially on the right side of the picture.

Does Geonosis have twin suns?
Could be where the rebels start their search. And ironically Geonosis is very close to Tatooine.

i'm concerned, on today's TV List/Guide, it does not have Star Wars Rebels scheduled for tonight on Disney XD. Instead it has Finneas & Ferb.
I also noticed, that last night my DVR recorded Star Wars Rebels last night, but it was a Lab Rats episode. To play it safe, I'm gonna record tonight's TV slot from 8-9 during that Phinneas & Ferb block, and hopefully it will actually be the new Star Wars Rebels episode.

 

Some elements of the Malachor pyramid stuff remind me of "The Ninth Assassin" story and many of those cultists looked to have been using magiks. I would've liked the action to have been grander on Malachor, like the weapon destroyed some Imperial Star Destroyers in orbit or something or all attempts to take the planet by the Emperor failed. The Rebels stories are too weak and watered down oddly as many of the SW comics have better and more action and more interesting plots often.

No one needs to die unless the story calls for it, not to satisfy some kind of bloodlust a few viewers had gained from TCW.

 

Reminds me of the frenzy that wanted Ahsoka to die before ROTS. Same thing going on for Kanan and Ezra now.

 

It's not frenzy. It's common sense.

 

That's not really common sense if the only answer you can come up with to the question why a character doesn't show up in later canon stories is because he/she is dead.
