Star Wars Screen Entertainment for Android?

I'm not sure if it's the right forum, but I couldn't find one, where it fits better:

I'm sure there are a few of you who still remember the Star Wars Screen Entertainment screensavers from the 90s. (Sadly, I can't find any videos of them online )

Anyway, one of the screensavers was called "Jawas" and consisted of several different characters running around on the screen, apparently all made of sprites from the Super Star Wars games.

And here's my question:

Are there a few programmers around here, who could create a Live Wallpaper for Android devices like the one I mentioned above?
I've already found several sprites of characters like Jawas and Tusken Raiders, but I have no idea how to make a Live Wallpaper
