I opted to do the lightwhip, and I believe I did so back in march. I'm getting busier and busier these days, so you might want to consider giving the VFX artists that volunteer to do work for you something to do. at least give info.

don't want to be a nuisance, I'm just saying that both me and Ben have other, paying projects too. I'm also in the middle of starting an actual registered company too, so time is of the essence.

Dang, how did that slip by here? Awesome trailer. Whets my appetite even more for this fan film. A few of the FX shots seem like they still need to be finished, but it was fantastically edited and everything looks well-shot and just flat-out amazing. And is that a physical Battle Droid I see there?

 

Great trailer, but I was totally distracted by the music. Not because it was a bad choice (it was great), but because I use the song in my LCCV entry.

Same thing happens when I watch Iron Man now.

 

NO, this was out before. I think it was on YouTube for a bit and then he took it down, or it was on a fileshare site or something like that.

Oh man, I wish this was in 2.35 instead of 16:9. Hawaii has some great landscapes. 2.35 would have displayed it so well ... like in "Legend of the Fall" ... man, that film's landscape shots were done beautifully.

 

Well it will be when we finalize the whole film.

There was a game show on TV today in 2.35:1 ratio. I've never felt "double or nothing" could feel epic

You mean Vader? ... I guess I wasn't surprised because I've been following this film like a fanboy and I knew about him long ago from a poster/picture he put up a while back, plus, I think it used to be a banner on the site.

It is with great sadness that i announce farewell to 2008, what a crappy year it has been for me personally,
Starting off the new year with my mother passing in early January, and it ends with the passing of my father whom passed away right before Christmas.
So it wasnt so merry for myself. But along with loss there has been much gain in our production, although we still are in production with the film , alot of our other small projects have been taking off, its been a rocky road with many obstacle, both personally and financially, with the world in recession over the last year, I want to say goodbye to 200i8 and strive for greatness next year.
Hopefully 2009 will shine a much brighter light on my life. Good luck and Haoulii maka Hiki Hou !(Happy New years in Hawaiian) to all those who have supported me and my production, best of luck and congratulations in the new year!
