Edit: Your collection is very impressive. I had fun just looking at all the stuff in the background. Do you have any close up pics of the rest of your collection?

 

First off thanx for making links for my pics, kinda stupid when it comes to computer stuff. Second, yes I do got close ups of all my stuff, what you see in the pics is a small portion to what I got. I'll get em on tomorrow, if ya can make em into links again, that would be awesome!!! And thanx for the compliments!!!

There's a thread somewhere around here just for pics of people's collections. If I'm around I'll be glad to help you. If I'm not this forum is full of nice and helpful people who will give you a hand.

 

Those are the nicest Star Wars Tatoos I have ever seen. How long did it take to have those done? I imagine it took more than one sitting per character.

 

It took a total of a year and a half to complete. I am real good friends with the tattoo artist, so some of my appointments were just sitting in the chair and talking, no working. But I'm not complaining, I got it done DIRT cheap

I plan on getting a bust of Vader done on my left shoulder to cover a less than attractive, earlier tattoo. Maybe sometime this summer. I'll post pics when its done.

I would have to agree, that tattoo is way wicked Its so real, and so much BFett's that I almost think he's BFett .

 

I'm getting the Imperial symbol on the small of my back I'm actually getting it done within the next few weeks. Wish me luck! I'm really nervous...LOL.

 

Meriwyn, there's nothing to worry about when getting a tattoo. I was pretty nervous before I got mine, but actually getting it done wasn't even half as bad as I thought. The worst part is the worrying. Heh.

Anyone get their new Insider? I'm also featured in the Star Wars Tattoo section. I'm Jay Lalewicz with the Alliance symbol on my sterum.

 

wow i just got my insider today and there are lots of interesting and extravagant tattoos out there! i have great admiration for those artists that can create that kind of exactness onto someone's body part. impressive...most impressive... and jay you definatley have some awesome looking tattoos on you!

First off, thanx for all the complements!!!I paid my dues for tattooing, many hours in the chair, many hours of pain. I wish my arm was in the Insider, but my belly is a start, I'll have to send more pics to the Insider.

Second, Mike I do live in Buffalo so maybe we ran into each other along the way. I know Woofer and Chris from YJN, VERY COOL guys!!! Maybe we can get together some day, we are neighbors

Holy Moly Starwarsarmboy!! Those are by far the best Star Wars tatoos I've ever seen! Your sleeves are SO close to what I was envisioning for star wars sleeves. I came up with the idea of having my right arm done with Rebellion/Light-side characters and ships, and the left arm with Empire/Dark-side characters and ships. I can vividly picture it, I've just never had the money (not to mention the guts) to make it happen. Your Tattoos are the closest I've seen to what I've had pictured. Awesome! I envy your skin!! Great armor too by the way.

 

I have a similar idea to yours JediApprentice21676, except I want my right arm to be done with prequel pics(ships, character ETC....) and my left arm to be done with Original Trilogy pics(ships, characters ETC....) so when your facing me and you see my tattoos from left to right, it goes prequel then OT, get it?

 

Well, I did it! JangoFett, you were right, it wasn't half as bad as I imagined it would be. It didn't even hurt (maybe I'm just weird...LOL). I love it! It's the Imperial symbol and it's surrounded by this flame/smoke (all in gray shading). Once I can get someone to take a picture of it I'll post it here.

 

It sure is nice to know that I'm not the only one crazy enough to get a big tatt. Todays artist are quite talented, thats for sure, your right, Jay, to bad your arms didn't get into the Insider, those are nice.
