Thanks for posting that! "Weapons Factory" is one of my favorite scores from the series. One thing I liked is how Kiner and his crew used several of his preestablished themes in the episode. The themes I noticed (not in any particular order) are what seems to be variations of the Clone Wars theme, the battle theme from the movie, and the themes for Ahsoka, Luminara, and the clones / military. That is all mixed into the ethnic sound / orchestration for Geonosis and some of the other orchestrations heard in the series.

For those interested, here is the chronology of the cues in the episode:

ACT 1:
1. Recap - Tracked from the movie
2. Luminara and Bariss
3. Padawan Introduction
4. Entering the Weapons Factory
5. The First Battle

ACT 2:
1. Tunnels(?) - Unreleased
2. Tracking the Padawan
3a. Tracked music segment from "Rookies" (which actually contains tracking from "Lair of Grevious" at the start)
3b. Tracked music from "Innocents of Ryloth"
4. New Weapons (first part of cue is unreleased)

ACT 3:
1. Losing the Battle
2. Ahsoka's In Danger
3. Ahsoka's Ingenuity
4. Elevating the Rocks
5. End Credits - Tracked from the movie

 

For those who care about this stuff, I just took a look at the file names for the music on the site. The "New Weapons" file is labeled as a fix for 2m4 (reel 2, music cue 4). That probably explains why the first part of the cue is not released as it is probably part of the original 2m4 and not affected by the revision. Otherwise, the cue numbers on the file names line up with my post above.

 

I really can't wait for a soundtrack of the series to be released...

 

Does anyone know if a Clone Wars TV Soundtrack is in the works? I mean, they'll have three seasons worth of music soon....

Is there somewhere one can download the music from his site?

 

A browser plugin like Video DownloadHelper[/link] might do it.

 

Maybe now that LEGO The Clone Wars had been released, the music of the show can be heared from the videogame and extracted from there. It would sprend around the web and Lucasfilm will be forced to release the soundtrack to combat the illegal soundtrack in the web.
