Has anyone collected the Star Wars Transformers? The detail on some of them is great. I hope this line does well. There are some great ships that could get the Transformer treatment.

I hate to be a negative Nancy on this but I just don't care for this idea at all. Star Wars, Transformers, and G.I. Joe was my childhood, but combining Star Wars and transformers just seems kinda silly to me.

I think some of them are kind of cool looking ... while others seem a little overkill.

I've aquired a couple of them as gifts and like them pretty well.

The idea of a Star Wars/Transformers crossover is kinda campy, though. I don't know how many more of them we'll see after this first batch. I saw something about a giant Death Star/Vader TF on the way next year.

While Hasbro is swapping licenses, they need to make Star Wars figures with a GI JOE standard of articulation for all figures. I've been dreaming of that for a couple of decades now...

G.I. Joe figures have always been better than Star Wars, IMO. Kung-Fu grip was where it was at, man! :D
