I think Jay is right, but the answer they say is Bespin. Bespin is the planet that Cloud City is on, not the system.

 

I am most egregiously wrong, my friends. Cloud City is indeed in the Bespin system, which is NEAR the Anoat system, where Han and Leia find themselves after their brief stay on the back of a Star Destroyer communications tower.
