What scene was cut from RotJ the involved Vadar and the royal guards?

Was it cut from the original and re-entered for the special edition?

Or is it cut all together?

 

There was a scene where the Royal Guards attempted to stop Vader from entering the Emperor's Throne Room after he had been sent to his ship. There is a hint of it when the Emperor in the movie asks Vader what he is doing back.

In the cut scene, when the guards attempt to block Vader's entrance, he force chokes them to clear the way.

Ok, here's another:

In TPM, there was another scene cut that would have immediately followed the scene where Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon first find each other on Naboo. What is it? (The scene I'm referring to is the intial Jar-Jar scene.)

The part where Darth Vader almost killed the guy that told him he couldn't see the Emporer - then vader told him he would wait for the Emperor's convience
