The only reason I got that is because I have an unhealthy addiction to KOTOR. Anywho,
Along those lines - How much did Alec Guinness get paid for his work in Empire?
Evil! Evil! Evil!!!
No, he wasn't paid in evil. That would be something if you could do that though.
I'm going to take a wild guess and say $0.00
And the wild guess pays off!
He did it for free as a favor to George for the big payoff he got from A New Hope. Lucas couldn't afford to pay him what he was worth, so he paid him in points. Star Wars made so much money Guinness ended up making over $6 million for it. It was the most he'd ever been paid for a gig. Since his part in Empire was mostly voice work he just came in to the studio and did everything in 2 days.
Wow! That is really interesting! I had no idea that he did the voice work for free.
I'll have to remember that! If GL ever offers me a part in a movie I'll do it for free asking only for points...I'd take 6mill for being in a movie
Wow, good move on Alec's part.
Too bad he was a royal jerk in real life.
Jawas! Wait no, the answer is....um....Jawas? D'oh! I guess that aready.
I remember this game. . .
ok, it seems that we got a little off track here. I'll post a question, then you all post answers. The first person to post the correct answer gets to ask the next question. Please keep them fairly easy (not like, What was camera b's wife's uncles name?)...questions that general SW freaks would know.
Here we go!
Blooper Question: In Episode 2 there was a can of something left in a scene on accident. What was it?
a bottle of coke
A can of Coke
*dingsdingding* Ya'll got it right! But Corrin_Wyndryder was first so you are up babe!
Sorry it took me so long to find out I won.
I knew this one a long time ago, but I'm a little hazy on the details.
On the original Darth Vader suit, there were words embossed onto the lights on the chest plate. What did it say, and in what language was it written?
I's Hebrew, but I've seen several sources say nobody has published a translation.
Well, I have seen a source that did publish a translation.
"His sins shall not be forgiven until..." something about the son redeeming the father. I was hoping someone could find the full quote. Oh well.
That is really cool! I had never heard of that!
Wow, neither had I. Let me know if you find it though, I'd be interested in seeing it.
"In the EU (not Ep III, since I don't know the answer), where do we first encounter General Grievous?"
In the clone wars cartoons.
I believe the location was the planet Hypori
Sorry, but by "where" I meant location. You're up Andy, who got his doctorate from Andy U
