Now THAT would be a collector's item! ;) The only problem would be transporation and how to put it back up.

Sorry I have not been on the boards, lately. Are we meeting under the C3PO banner? Did anyone watch the KTLA morning news yesterday? (2/7/07). They had a live remote at the Science Center,
ObiShawn Crosby was on it and was interviewed by Gail Anderson. He was on 3 segments of the show, and did a great job. His interview was on the Millennium Falcon Experience, which I can't wait to see! You can see the segment on KTLA's website. My daughter saw it last night. I didn't tape it. Dog gone it. Sorry, I don't have the information on the website, but I am sure you all will find it. Can't wait till Sunday! I have the day off. Yeah!

I was asked to be there but was only given 8 hours notice and I would have had to have been there at 6 am too... :(

Hey HC, we're all meeting under the C-3PO banner. Doesn't matter where you park, you'll see it as you come in the lot.

Have we decided on the time to meet up yet?

Just a reminder, you have to pay for parking... unles you've been brushing up on your Jedi mind tricks and can convence the parking attendent otherwise! :D

    Parking is $6 per car.

    It's motion-simulated???

    BWAAA! =P~

Okay, one question; are 'regular' (non-volunteers) allowed to come in costume?

Yes, I beleive wranglers are what they are called if your non costumed to volunteer. Contact Shawn via e-mail (should be in one of the posts above) for more details.

They are still after volunteers for every weekend of the run.

I don't think she was asking that, hun. I think she's asking if she can come in costume even though she's not volunteering. ;)

I'd still get ahold of Shawn and ask him. I'm curious myself, so if doesn't get back to you soon, I'll ask him tomorrow.

Every time I've sent Shawn an e-mail, he never replies.[face_shame_on_you]
    So good luck.

Not to make excuses for Shawn, but he's been crazy busy and recently had a death in the family. Once the exhibit is opened and running, he might have more time.

I considered all that. It's just that the constant mantra is to contact him -- before, during, and after his trials -- still with no response. Is anyone getting through or is it just me?

Go to the Sunrider Base Project Board. He's been keeping the CSC events threads pretty up to date. I think his number is there.

How do we get tickets for the Experience the Millennium Falcon thing? I know they're $2 extra. But do we buy the tickets at the same time we're getting the tickets for IMAX and entry to the exhibit?

In regards to Shawn, he told me calling him is best. Sometimes his server for the e-mail doesn't work right. So he said, calling him is a better way. I know he is very busy. I am very sorry to hear of his loss.
Are we allowed to take pictures or video? See you all tomorrow.
