Starfest 2006 April 21-23

Ok, I've started to think about this quite a bit. I'm excited already.

This year I think I want to splurge and get a suite. So if I can get a total of 6 people to chip in it's going to be about $90 for all three nights per person.

What other plans does everyone else have??

I'd be interested in chipping in for a room/suite. What can you tell us about the suite, though? I quickly glanced at the webpage and didn't find anything.

That's what it says. So bigger room, private lounge etc.... plus I'm assuming that any celebrities will have suites (at least the big name ones) so we'll be near them

There are only 3 months till the con. It's definitely time to start planning and getting ready!

I cant wait for starfest. I just wish they would update the site more than a week before the con. I want to know who is going to be there.

 

sadly we cant because its going to be 3 teen age boys but i live like 30 min away so its all good

Oi, so what hotels are generally close to Starfest?

 

You'll want to get a room at the Marriott, in the Denver Tech center. They host the convention.

 

BH-There's a Motel 6, and I think a Wellesley Inn, plus one of those Suite places just around the corner from there.

$79/night isn't so bad though, considering the convienience... Sorry, they only have a fridge in there, but, there is a Wendy's across the street, and there's a McDonald's & Taco Hell not too far either.

 

zac mentioned that to me the other day thats what we might do. i'm going to be my anakin style jedi, zac will be sith, and tony will be a normal jedi

So far I've got myself and 3 others interested in my suite. I need two others to make this work! So just let me know if you're interested.

I only know more than the website one week in advance at the staff meeting.

They still probably won't contact me about Superhero Theater for about another month, but if they ask, i'll do it again.
