Starfest 2013 -April 19-21st

I got one, so I guess we'll see if it was a scam. I'm not planning on really using it as I just hang out at the table for most of the time.

catz44, it doesn't look like we can edit the document. I clicked in a box and couldn't add text.

 

We've got a bedroom in our downstairs area that may be for rent. It's pre-decorated with a Star Wars collection and has three power outlets.

I wasn't planning on taking the stuff up to our room on Saturday, not even sure if we are going to be at that hotel. Now Saturday is another story.

 

And they are sold out on the deal

I think I still have a few SW coin purses I can donate for the wheel. I might be able to find some sticker sheets (Toys-R-Us had some for a buck a few months ago). I'll see what I can dig up, but can't spend a whole lot this year. I'm going broke quickly. The Beast took all my money (that's my motorhome by the way), a couple thousand buckaroos just to repair the roof and window from the tropical storm damage coming back from Orlando.

I'll be in the robot room most of the time, and probably a couple hours at the 501st table, and I gotta hook up with Umbrella Corp at some time. So, I really can't sign up for table duty but I'll come by to see how everyone is doing.

 

What all do I need to bring this year? Photo stand? Jabba? Banner stands?

I think I might have some flyers in my garage... I found a box marked that with some X-Wing stuff recently. I will check on it this weekend.

what I meant for set up is table setup which is Saturday, not Sunday. We are not staying at Marriot so someone else will need to secure table items Saturday night.
