Very excited. I had decided not to go this year, but since I have FREE tickets....

I'm going to get Katie Sackhoff's signature!!!!

She's my cousin's wife's second cousin. I know, it's pretty remote, but hey, we're related!!! Not that I expect Katie to care much about that, but....

My daughter would like to meet Bill Shatner. Not for Star Trek. For Miss Congeniality. Goofy kid.

 

I'll be going in costume on Saturday. Don't think I'll enter the costume contest though. It's a good costume, but nothing special really?

Probably just Saturday. It'll be a LONG day on Saturday and will probably wear them out. Not sure who I'm bringing on Friday. May just be myself. Whole family will come on Sat as well as my in-laws. Sunday my father-in-law will come. Not sure if anyone else on Sunday.
Won't get there until about 1:00 on Sunday. Catch services in the AM in Denver somewhere and then go on to the Con.

 

you going to get a room or commute?

This is going to be a blast.

Oh, I'll commute. From here is just a short jaunt back and forth. 45 minutes tops. Not worth paying for a room.

 

Katee Sackhoff cancelled (Starbuck from BSG). But Boomer (Grace Park) is coming in her stead. She's cool, but I was really hoping for Katee. Oh well.

Considering entering the costume contest just for fun. Don't think I stand a chance against most people, but might be fun.
