Stark Hyperspace War Continuity Error

I'm confused and I'm not sure if I'm missing something but is there a major error in the stark hyperspace arc of Republic. THis is what I can't figure out. Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan were with Adi and Plo on Troiken after being sabotaged by Stark. Quinlan and Tholme were on Thyferra trying to figure out the bacta shortage. The question is how did they meet up? In the last part of the third comic in the arc they are fighting together with no explanation of how Quinlan and Tholme got to Troiken. Any help?

 

After Tholme and Qiun found out what happened on Thyferra, they sneak on a bacta-freighter that leaves Thyferra. This freighter is intercepted by Stark's pirates and brought to Troiken.
Arriving at Troiken, Tholme and Quinlan blow the freighter or something else up as a distraction. Then they join the rest of the Jedi at the spaceport, shortly after Adi, Valorum & Co. had left for Coruscant.
