OK, time for a mini-update on general stat news,

    So,

    On 8-27-2007,

I posted to this thread that,

    as of 8-13-2007

    That SouthBend FanForce was
    34,665__behind ChicagoForce
    16,805__behind IndyKnights
    _6,603__behind R2Detroit

    As of right now,
    34,230__behind ChicagoForce
    13,320__behind IndyKnights
_see R2Detroit for latest total there
    or
SouthBend might over take R2Detroit in 2009
now that could be a goal,
tho, I am posting over there once in a while
to see there are any Star Wars fans.

    Ref,
    IndyKnights,
Yes, they mostly use a different Web site,
and are a fantastic fun loving bunch,
but there is not much posting going on
there either, but it is steady and fun:)

    MT

ps, ok, once again no color

    RIGHT YOU ARE X:)

by the way sports fans, X is well on his way to being closer to VIO,
    on the CC boards.

but now, for some good old fashing
    South Bend Stats

    Yippie!

Currently, South Bend is only behind 4-others in the Midwest,

    and they are as follows,

    Chicago_______behind 33,839

    St Louis_______behind 16,420

    INDYKNIGHTS__behind 12, 850

    R2Detroint_____behind 2,800

and to reflect on this improvement,

Let us look at what these figures were for May 5 2007,
about 1 and 1/2 years ago.

    Chicago_______behind 35,394

    St Louis_______behind 20,321

    INDYKNIGHTS__behind 18,592

    R2Detroint_____behind 8,378

    and while ,
    STL & IND & DTW
look to be in reach in the future,

SBFF, should really go on a recruitment spree to get more
members (or posters, there is no difference)
    from anywhere,

if they want to take over Chicago in my lifetime (am over 57 and not feeling well[face_laugh]

It shows quite clearly that we are growing faster than any other midwest board. Chicago is pretty close though.

Perhaps we can even gather together around a table with dice and character sheets... then the journey to the geek side will be complete.

Denver had a head start because of C1. If not for that, they would probably be lower than us.

    Denver still seems pretty active,

their semi-monthly/monthly meetings seem to have an average attendance of 15 with highs
    in ths 20-s

I heartily approve - for whatever that's worth! I think this was suggested before, but perhaps we should invite people to come over from the boards we've "vanquished", or will soon vanquish. If their community has dried up, they would be welcome to join us!

EDIT - this would be a fun project, scouring the inactive (or underactive) FF boards for people who have lost their home FF's, yet are still active on the boards themselves
