I am lookin to make a kick butt web page, but I have little exp. so could anyone give me a lamest term step by step process to follow.
Check out The Webmasters' Resource Index. Essentially, get started with either Microsoft Frontpage or Macromedia Dreamweaver. Those are rather easy to understand, especially as their tutorials are good for beginners. I'd advise you not to try overly glitzy stuff like having dark, flashing backgrounds or light-coloured fonts. It's better that you have a simple background and readable words, because in the end, more people will be willing to read such a website, rather than one where they have to strain their eyes. Start simple. Step-by-step is the trick.
