Stepping down

As our busy season fast approches and I've started to look at the events that are coming up that both the IEFF and the RL/501st will be involved in, I know it's too much for me. In my opinion, being an officer of this club means working the IEFF booth when there is an event. I can't hold up to my own standard. When I'm in costume and representing the RL, that's where my main focus is. I find it too hard to do my RL and IEFF duties at the same event.

With that being said, I am formally announcing my resignation as Secretary of the IEFF. I will also not be paying dues again so I'll be dropping my membership down to the Basic level.

Okay folks...we need to come up with a new "fill in" secretary position until our offical vote in June takes place. Suggestions on who will do this or who you want to do this. Please vote here.

I make a motion to grant Emperor Mike Emergencey powers untill the next term.

I think Sandy would do a good job as she was the secretary before.

If Sandy is interested, then I will second that vote.

Mike PM'd me and I accepted the position of secretary for the group. Will be at the April meeting with bells on. Thank you so much for offering this to me. It is so nice to be wanted.
