    I wouldn't be surprised if that is Pip Andersen. He probably plays five different stormtroopers, a pirate, a Guavian Death Gang member, one of the Knights of Ren and a resistance soldier.

    No offence to you TS, but I really don't like these threads where people name background characters stupid names - I always end up thinking about it when I see the character... Cue "That's the point"

    I don't know, I'm probably on my own here - I just find it immature :cool:

    the trooper straightens his arm out extending the baton (aka trooper beatstick) out and then he swings it towards him locking it into place so that it's protecting his forearm tonfa-style.

    I'm thinking Steve the Riot Trooper is the First Order equivalent of Shane the Walmart Deli Guy - he knows that this is a dead end job with few actual benefits. May try to have some fun while doing it.

    Gosh, I've been laughing at this so much. Although, I had the same reaction when I first saw the TV spot, too, but the gif just takes it to another level.

    Rey is not there at that scene, Kylo captures her. You probably know this but just love the idea of Rey rescuing Finn.
