April is bad for me. The earliest I could do it the weeknend following Celebration (the 30th). I think maybe we should look at May...(it will be warmer, for one).

May is gonna be packed. For me at least. Star Wars, Ren Faire, and a little graduation thrown in...

May is better than April for me, but you know I will do whatever. Actually, I'll be as busy as Scott is in May, but I'll have an extra graduation thrown in there.

 

So anyway, the Holy Grail is playing at 11:30 at Ronnies on saturday night, I'll be there with several friends. Any other takers?

 

I'll talk to the Randy one. I might be up for that though.

Does Ronnie's serve cocktails?

 

I believe they do. That was the 1st time I had ever seen a theater selling beer. I was shocked! and ecstatic of course.

 

Does anybody want to take christina's idea or a variation of it and get tickets early like 8 or 9 ish then go hang out and eat somewhere before the movie? I still don't know everybody's schedule from here, but it looks like thats the route we might be taking.

 

I'm in, but I doubt Randy is. If someone could grab me a ticket I'd appreciate it and I will pay you back there.

John, how many people are coming with you? And do you have any suggestions for somewhere to go? My house is still an option...

It's about the midnight showing of the 'Holy Grail' on Saturday...

 

As of right now, I know me and 2 more for sure, and 2 that want to, but I still haven't heard back whether they can make it or not. So 3 for sure, maybe 5, possibly even more than that.

Maybe we can find a bar/restaurant to go to if that is better for everyone?

 

I know one of my friends brought it up as just lets go to Denny's or something. I'm all up for that. Unfortunatly bar is out of the question as the 2 maybes are both minors.

 

That's funny. I was thinking Denny's too, but was afraid to suggest it! That is fine by me!

 

I probably won't be able to make until later in the evening, but let me know which Denny's you will be meeting at.

Well, that area is well out of the sphere of my knowledge, I think we were just going to wander till we found one. I mean, we are going to have to mapquest directions to Ronnies. Anyway, the contingent from here will be meeting up at 8:30 or so to drive down, so probably won't get there to get tickets till 9 or so.


Oh, and very importantly if I have time today between writing this paper, I will put the last touches on my armor and display it in public for the first time tonight and the Fantasy Shop in St. Charles.

 

There is a Denny's off of 44 and Watson, near Lindberg. It is about 2 miles from Ronnies. If anyone needs directions let me know...
