I am also up to a beer meeting soon. So when do we want to meet?

 

We could go after dress shopping on Friday. Oh yeah Amy and Christina, want to go dress shopping Friday? (I think I told Christina, not sure about Amy).

 

You didn't tell me, but I am game. Steve is home on Thursday night to stay so I will have a babysitter...

Possibly, but if we're heading to your area I wouldn't want you to have to waste gas to my place first. Let me get my list and times first.

 

What's everyone up to on November 19th? (Yes, I know, it's a bit off, but I'm the queen of planning and like to have dates set in advance for babysitter wrangling and what not! )

Patrick and I were looking at Ye Olde Calendar, and thought that that would be a great night to see Harry Potter. It also happens that one our favorite local bands (Paint The Earth) is playing at the Vodoo Lounge at Harrah's that night, so we were talking about making a date of it.

Paint The Earth is a cover band with just a few of their own songs. They play a lot of stuff from the 90's and actually make it sound better (in some instances) then the original band.

I should mention that since it's at Harrah's which is a casino, I'm afraid that they'll only admit old foogies (read: over 21) like us.

We just thought that we'd through it out there in case anyone else was interested in joining us for a night of HP and decent cover music - OH! And cheap drinks - this is a casino, after all!

 

That is a Saturday, huh thought it was a Sunday.

Sounds fun to me. I'm sure I could drag Randy along as well.

Does sound like fun, but my neice was hinting at needing a babysitter that Sat to hit Lindbergs craft fair that day. I'll keep it in mind though.

 

My only babysitters (my parents) are going to be out of town every weekend in November. Tim might be able to once he gets off of work. Hmmmm...this is gonna take some sucking up. I wanted to take Bree to see Harry Potter, but I can't take her to the casino. I'll figure something out, I hope.

 

Okay, I forgot all details for Saturday that we discussed. The movie is at 7:00, right? Which theater are we meeting at?

I have to drop Jules off at Tim's work slightly before 7:00 and Bree and I will be there shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, Bree lost her fake I.D. so we're going to call it a night after the movie. Besides, she doesn't want to see her mom dancing on a table to Goody Two Shoes by Adam Ant.

EDIT: Whoops, Adam Ant is the wrong decade. LOL!

 

I would have to look at my shcedule to see, plus I'm going to see Harry potter at 11:15 friday morning and again with the fam at 10:50 pm so I may be tired, but I might try and go.

 

Some how I got schedualed off Saturday the 26. Anyone want to do anything that evening?

 

The 7:00 showing for tonight at Chesterfield is sold out, and that's the only mega screen on that they have until 10:30 tonight. Did you guys want to go to a theater that is more centrally located tonight?

Des Peres has it at 7:30 in one of their stadium seating theaters, and Ronnie's has about a million showings (all of the Imax ones are sold out) so that would be our best chance.

Randy and I our out tonight. We have to look at a house and go to some play his students are doing.

 

Christina, Christian, and I (and kids) are going to the 7:30 show at Ronnie's. Hopefully this isn't too late of notice. We didn't decide until last night. PM me if you need my cell phone number to meet up with us.

 

Well, I just looked at the website and the 7:30 show is sold out at Ronnie's. Actually, they're sold out until 9:45 tonight there.

 

Never mind. I just talked to Christina and she said that you guys already bought your tickets. Oh well.

 

I will still be going strong 'till late.

 

What do we say we call an old fashioned Beer Meeting for next Saturday night. Randy and I'll be at Show Me's on the Landing at 7pm. Show Me's is open for all ages all night (IIRC). I don't know about everyone else, but I know I could use a nice get-away.

 

Love to join you, but I think I'm starting to think about going to Chicago next weekend.

 

That is a possibility. As long as Tim can watch the kids. The only snag in that plan is that Tim's parents may be coming that weekend in which case I'll suggest that they watch the kids so Tim can come with me.
