I have no idea if I'm going to hit it or not. If it's Jon Williams sure, but I'm not into music otherwise.

 

The "pop culture" films are showing! Those were my FAVORITE Celebration-related experience!!!!! They need to put that on DVD!

 

I finally got my FanForce party tickets ordered! I am so excited! Now if they would just get the schedule up...

 

That's what I'm waiting on as well!

 

Are we going to the party as a big group?

 

We'll probably start that way then get seperated. I see you guys all the time, I want to meet some of the other FF/JC people I talk to all the time but have never met before, you know?

 

So do we try to watch the OT screenings or party?

 

We can't do both?

I think for Thursday, we definitely try for the screening. That sounds fun, and it has been soooo long since I have seen ANH on the big screen...

I volunteered to help with the autograph people. They sent me a email asking to fill in what shifts I might want. Looks like I will doing this too! I am so excited. To actually see the inner workings is something I have always wanted to do.

 

I wouldn't mind working a shift there

 

I was thinking about volunteering for the autograph table, I really wanted to, but 2 four hour shifts is just a lot! I have to handle the FF table too. Blech I hate decisions like this.

Christina, could you tell me the order you signed up for the blocks in?

 

Dajuan, as they read down: 8 2 1 3 10 5 4 6 7 9. 10 is during or around the ff party and since I am not sure what time we are leaving on Sunday they are low and same with Thursday (for arrival time).

 

I definitely don't want any extra responsibilities! I didn't get to see everything I wasted to LAST time....

 

Oh I do, I love responsibilities, esp. if they get me in the middle of the action! (I am a nerd and Proud of it )

 

OK, I might do a shift at the Fernandez Guitar booth if asked..... OK, no I wouldn't. I'll just swing by and play the guitars...

 

Ok, can't believe I didn't think about this before, but I have a friend going to a tech school in indy. He has an appartment somewhere in town. Now I just have to get ahold of him and see if he would mind letting me sleep on his floor for a couple nights. So who knows I might wind up going to this.

 

We'll keep our fingers crossed, John. It is going to be so much fun. I can hardly wait.

Two Incredible Volunteer Opportunities at C3!

As some of you may know FanForce will have a Fan Table at Celebration 3. The purpose of the table is to promote FanForce, telling the world who we are and what we do. We are allowed to have giveaways, but not to sell anything at the table.

I am organizing said table and I need a couple things from all of you:

1. PICTURES!



2. FLYERS and GIVEAWAYS

Volunteering at the table:
The times we need volunteers for is:

Thursday Noon to 8pm
Friday and Saturday 9am to 7pm
Sunday 9am to 4pm

• I would like people to sign up in hour long shifts. You can volunteer for as many as you wish, just please be sure to follow through



• I have a list of who is working when (board names only) so we can all plan to meet up easier and everyone can maybe plan to work with someone you?ve always wanted to meet in real life. If you are interested in a time block PM me and I will add you to the list.

• As for table rules, number one is have fun! This may be our last chance to meet each other in such a huge venue. Obviously be on your best behavior, remember you are representing FanForce. Rule of thumb, if it?s no allowed on the boards, probably not good for the table. Costumes are encouraged, but not necessary, wear what you will

What would C3 be without the Star Wars celebrities? BORING! Want a chance to meet some of them and earn free autographs? Well here you go!

Some members of FanForce are helping organize the Autograph Room at C3. We are looking for volunteers to help out with the room. The job listings are:

* Guest Escort
* Floor Manager
* Crowd Control
* Autograph Puller
* Assistant
* Information Guru
* On Call

All volunteers are required to volunteer for at least two 4-hour shifts during the whole weekend. There are a variety of time blocks available. Each volunteer gets to rank time blocks and jobs by order of preference.

Several FanForcers volunteered at the C2 Autograph room. The best way to contact them to ask questions about their experience is to go to this thread in the C3 forums. There is a discussion going on about what to expect and what other FanForce members are volunteering this time around.
